During the event, Brad DeMent, partner at ScottMadden and event chair, and Eduardo Prada, director at Eduardo Prada Consulting, facilitated the workshop, “Guiding Principles to Create the Next Generation Shared Services Organization.” The session explored the most pervasive change management challenges business services leaders face when it comes to shared services/outsourcing and how to best overcome them.
