Where is the Middle East with RPA Implementation?

Despite the significant global interest in the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), a recent study of Middle Eastern businesses found that almost half the respondents (49%) had not yet begun to implement RPA.

Of those businesses who had implemented RPA-based solutions, only 13% had moved beyond the testing stage and were looking to expand usage to other processes. This lack of forward momentum raises the question of what the next steps might be for Middle Eastern businesses looking to adopt RPA.
