In 2021, the popularity of RPA tools and solutions has exploded. According to the Intelligent Automation (IA) Network 2021 State of the Industry Survey of over 250 senior digital transformation leaders, 43% of survey respondents cited they were currently leveraging an RPA solution. Another 40% said they were looking to invest in an RPA solution within the next year. When over 80% of a market is engaged with or pursuing a solution, the hype can’t be understated.
