Despite increased investments triggered by the pandemic, many organizations are nowhere near as digitally savvy as they would like, and although it appears confidence in technology hasn’t waned, investments are struggling to pay off. What’s needed is greater clarity into what technologies are and are not working for the organization.

We know digital transformation and understanding the FoW will be tied together over the next year. However, what also needs to be understood is how navigating the future of work can impact a business’s ability to stay resilient.

This report aims to share what the FoW will look like not only this year but for future years and how these changes will affect people, data, and processes. It will dive into the solutions allowing businesses to navigate this complex space, specifically task mining, and explore how employees will be empowered to increase their productivity, and ultimately contribute to a more resilient workforce.

It will include but not be limited to:

  • Emerging blindspots and challenges of hybrid work
  • The tools needed to manage a modern workforce
  • A case study on how one of the largest telecom companies in the US improved their agent productivity by 20%
