SMEs: Trend to Setting Up Offshore SSCs Increases

Everest Group Research shows that even though the majority of offshore Global In-house Center (GIC) setups are by large companies (about 63%), mid-sized and small companies are catching up. For comparisson, the 2012 report showed 32% of GICs falling into the SME sector. In 2013, this percentage rose to 37%.
