ScottMadden Announces the Promotion of Courtney Jackson to Partner

ATLANTA, GA – (January 3, 2014) – ScottMadden, Inc., a general management consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Courtney Jackson to partner. Mrs. Jackson has been with ScottMadden since 2003 and has been a director since 2008.

Mrs. Jackson brings with her more than 15 years of consulting experience, specializing in human resources management, shared services strategy, design and implementation, project and change management, operations improvement and process redesign, shared services delivery/operations, organizational design and restructuring, and governance.

"Courtney has been a key leader in our Corporate & Shared Services practice for years," says Brad Kitchens, president and CEO of ScottMadden. "She comfortably leads complex shared services projects across multiple industries, including energy, defense, consumer products, and education. Courtney is a welcome addition to our partner group."

Prior to joining ScottMadden, Mrs. Jackson worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers based in Sydney, Australia; Basel, Switzerland; and Washington, DC, consulting on corporate dispute litigations. Her work included developing financial models and calculating damages for expert witness testimony support. Mrs. Jackson received an M.B.A. at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. in commerce with a minor in French from the University of Virginia.
