If I could do it all again…… I would look long and hard at the whole concept of "brownfield" decisions around physical location and staffing. I think that the benefits of taking advantage of a spare floor in a local country operation, or bringing staff into the centre from a legacy country function, to reduce the cost and/or accelerate the start-up of a centre are clear and are easily understood during the feasibility stage of an SSC program.However I think the challenges are less...
