When the "G6" got together in Singapore earlier this September one of the critiques voiced by people like Accenture's VP of BPO, Asia, Paul Prendergast, was that the real question to debate in this space is not "is outsourcing or insourcing" the right answer – but instead we should be focusing on the real value: what's the innovation?
