Gerard Hussey
Gerard is a Senior HR professional with extensive experience across multiple industries at a global, regional & country level. His significant experience outside HR in IT, Logistics & programme leadership enables him to provide an enterprise level perspective on modern multi-national businesses. His consulting practice focuses on global business strategy, HR operating models, cloud based technology implementation and People Analytics. Gerard played a significant role in shaping the HR Information Systems and Analytics function for GlaxoSmithKline over several years.
Gerard also lectures undergraduate and masters students on global HR Operating and Service model with specific focus on the evolution of People Analytics
