These awards reflect the admirable work of teams that have surpassed industry standards in their organizational initiatives. From customer service to business resilience, it was wonderful to highlight members of our community who have gone above and beyond.
The sheer quality of the applications compelled us to further showcase this year's winners, and this week we are highlighting the final winner at the North American Awards, BSW Health. The organization won SSON's HR Impact Award and the Process Improvement & Value Creation Award. Read on to learn how their HR transformation project, led by former VP of People Operations Brandy Patterson, ultimately led to 45 Hours saved a month and over 15 paper forms being eliminated.
