Over the past couple of years, the emergence of Intelligent Automation tools have been a major contributor towards digitalization by supporting automated operations.
At the same time, there have been a slew of new innovative technologies advancing down the path that RPA has smoothed for us. While many of the more familiar are around Machine Learning or Cognitive Solutions, Blockchain may yet prove a real game changer.
