Add bookmarkEach year we run an extensive survey in which we poll our global members on how they are positioning themselves to deliver sustainable shared services. Last year we focused on 5 global trends impacting SSOs and asked you how you were leveraging them (or not). Read the report here.
This year we are zeroing in on 5 value drivers that are changing the definition of "shared services" as we know it. We've also partnered with our inhouse Data Analytics Center of Expertise, DART, based in Singapore (it's headed by Emma Beaumont, whom many of you will know from the global SSON flagship events). This means that we are going to be able to slice and dice the data to share so much more that is interesting and useful.
