Aegis aim to earn over $1 billion revenue from BPO by March!

Essar's BPO unit Aegis said it aims to become a USD 1 billion revenue company and plans to hire 11,000 people this fiscal year. "We expect that we will be able to cross the USD 1 billion mark in revenue by March 2012 from USD 700 million," stated Aegis MD and Global CEO Aparup Sengupta. "At the beginning of this year we had said that we will hire about 11,000 odd employees, out of which about 7,000 have already been hired.
