In one of the worst kept secrets in the industry, KPMG has finally completed the acquisition of outsourcing advisory company Equaterra. This follows many months of corporate flirting and posturing and the end result will be 17 more partners and principles at KPMG, with the professional services firm making a serious move in the shared services and outsourcing advisory space.
