Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue...3 of My Favorite Ideas For You

Add bookmark

It's Cupid's Day, and it's not just for lovers. It's a great excuse for me to share three of my favorite ideas to encourage us...

1. Don't be afraid to be the first to try

Even if the data tells you "nobody's doing nothin'" – don't follow the herd. Our survey tells us nobody expects much from RPA – but also: nobody's trying it. Could it be that YOU are the one to change that trend? They may not all be right! Think for yourself!

2. Anything you target will require a multi-pronged approach

There is no "one strategy" or "one path" to getting wherever you want to get to. You'll need a pinch of this, a pinch of that – and a lot of teamwork or collaboration. Get advice from those who've already done it. There is tons of support already out there.

3. Keep investing in yourself (or at least be open to opportunities to learn)

You cannot stand still and expect to maintain your lead. Not when the marketplace around you is reinventing itself every 5 years. So be alart to opportunities to hone your skillset.
