Interview with Charanjit Singh, VP, Shared Financial Services, Ontario Power Generation

Ontario Power Generation, following a major technology change, faced somewhat of a crisis: post go live, a number of issues emerged that required immediate attention. The result was not a short-term fix, but a deep dive into root causes. This led to a long-term process improvement initiative that SSON’s judges deemed impressive enough to win the runner-up award for Excellence in Process Improvement.
