Functional conflicts can impede an organization’s ability to realize business outcomes. In part one of this two-part series, we look at "what" the challenges are that are created by these functional conflicts and "how" organizations suffer in meeting their business goals.

In part two, we will identify points of convergence to arrive at the solution and the various enablers / levers supporting the solution, which will take us to next level of organizational performance. Since the cause and effects are connected across functions / processes, addressing them holistically will give rise to a quantum jump in ultimate throughput.
