Deloitte and Jidoka announce strategic partnership

April 26, 2017By reaching this strategic alliance with Novayre, creator of the software robots platform Jidoka, Deloitte Spain takes one step further in becoming a leading supplier of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applied to business processes optimization.Deloitte Spain currently offers a wide range of services aimed at facilitating digital transformation and increasing efficiency of its customers' operations through the application of software robots technology, due to their multidisciplinary character, which ranges from strategy definition by the Deloitte Monitor Teams, all the way through to operations under the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model. Deloitte is the first "Big Four" in Spain to include Jidoka in their automation and digital transformation services portfolio.This strategic partnership allows Deloitte, which already includes an expert team of 80 automation consultants, to combine functional business knowledge with the capabilities of the Jidoka platform, specially its ability to automate complex and changing processes that characterize daily operations in big companies.
