Odfjell Drilling Philippines is looking for a safety conscious, passionate, positive and committed First Line Maintenance Support Engineer who has knowledge in Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to support our EMEA region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related Engineering course, Professional License is preferred but not required
- With 2 years of experience in technical/maintenance and operations in a shared service industry catering oil and gas clientele is an advantage but not required
- Can coordinate and communicate to internal and external overseas partners and counterparts
- Can work independently and in a cross-functional team
- Has the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment
- Has an initiative and can make sound judgement
- Able to analyze and foresee resolution on potential challenges
- Structured, accurate, systematic and ability to deliver within deadlines
- Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company’s growth
Technical Skills
- Acquired knowledge in reading and interpretation of Mechanical and Electrical Detailed Drawings, Block diagrams and P&ID
- Knowledgeable in Computer Based Maintenance
- Management Systems (CMMS) and/or related ERP systems
- Has knowledge and familiarity with building and developing hierarchy structure and different planned maintenance tasks in CMMS systems and/or related systems
- Has knowledge with the equipment and systems within area of responsibilities
- Familiar with operational processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate, solve and complete continuous improvements within CMMS system according to work flow.
- Assist Maintenance Support Engineers in establishment of new hierarchies, maintenance activities and allocation of basic data for new equipment or units.
- Review documentation and extract relevant data for CMMS system.
- Liaise with counterparts and follow up technical deliveries Provide assistance to an end-to-end basic maintenance support
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
