A Look into Vital’s Shared Service Centre


In September 2014, Vital opened its doors to attendees of the 17th Annual Asian Shared Services & Outsourcing Week for a closer look at its award-winning Shared Services Centre in Singapore. Having just won the runner-up award for its Customer-centric Strategy, we were curious to learn more about Singapore's services centre.

After an exclusive Site Tour, we asked Vital’s Chief Executive, Mr. Tan Chor Kiat to explain the strategy underlying the push for a more efficient, professional and cost-effective public service with a best-in-class support service. Expanding penetration across the customer base is one of his targets, as he explains. Regular customer profiling and traffic light reporting is helping to identify service gaps.
