Tom Bangemann: People who do the job to fulfill values and produce change, because we all depend on it. What has been your greatest achievement? TB: Actually writing and finishing a book while working - ' Shared Services in Finance & Accounting'. SSON: What is your greatest regret? TB: Bad investments. If you could do it all over again, what would you do differently? TB: Get less upset about people and things that do not work. What looks like the biggest potential for you right now? TB: My family. What is your favorite occupation? TB: The one I have – otherwise I would change. In 10 years time - how do you see your current operation being run? TB: Different names, same stuff. Which management books do you read? TB: The management gurus and shared service & outsourcing books. Who are your favorite writers? TB: Children´s books writers. What car do you drive and what should you be driving? TB: Rental cars, and my wife has a Seat Alhambra for the kids and you can fit loads in it. What's your favorite 10 minute dish that you cook yourself? TB: Swabian "Maultaschen" or Bavarian "Leberkåse" Tell us a behavioral trait we should expect of you TB: Reliability Reveal one weird thing we don't know about you TB: I used to collect everything you can possibly imagine. What one question would you put to your peers? TB: Who have you helped in your life? Which historical figure do you most identify with? TB: Arminius (who won an impossible battle by using his intellect and did it for freedom, giving up financial security and a career) If your job requires a lot of traveling - what is your favorite journey? TB: Flying eastwards What is the quality you most like in men? TB: Openness. What is the quality you most like in women? TB: Combining professionalism and feminism. What is your motto?
