Ioana Mihalache is the Chief People Officer at Ephicacy, where she leads the company’s global talent strategy and drives a people-first culture that enables teams to do their best work. With nearly two decades of experience transforming HR functions across multiple geographies, she brings a sharp perspective on the future of work, leadership, and the evolving expectations of a global workforce.

She spent 17 years with Genpact, serving most recently as Global HR Lead for Consulting, and Sales organizations and enabled business leaders to strengthen their teams’ capabilities, unlock growth, and elevate organizational performance at scale.

Ioana’s career spans Europe, Asia, and North America, giving her a unique global lens on talent, culture, and organizational adaptability. Her areas of expertise include strategic talent management, leadership development, change management, and building high-impact HR operating models.

A strong advocate for inclusive and equitable workplaces, Ioana draws on her international experience to help organizations create environments where diverse talent can thrive.
